Ruth-Ann Toups

Ruth-Ann has always had a passion for planning and working with people to create solutions. She enjoys helping families navigate the maze of legal options to find a sense of security and peace of mind. After working for another law firm, Ruth-Ann founded The Toups Law Firm in response to needs she saw in the community. There is a strong need to make estate planning services more accessible to those who need them. Ruth-Ann works with clients to make estate planning work for them. Ruth-Ann was born and raised in Georgetown, Texas. She attended the University of Texas at Austin where she earned a Bachelor of Arts and a love for Longhorn football. She earned her law degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. ​ Ruth-Ann lives in Spring, Texas with her husband, Nick, their two dogs, and their cat. She enjoys cooking new recipes and working on her gardening skills.
